"Since I was little I have explored many means to express my creativity and feelings. To this day, creative activities are my favourite: crocheting, baking, painting, you name it.
Being born in the digital era, I have always been curious about photography. My first camera was a pink point and shoot, that I carried everywhere. I captured moments of my everyday life, family trips and numerous cats- another passion of mine.
Then, a more serious approach to photography happened a few years later, when I started taking self-portaits.
I realised I enjoyed photographing people so I started modelling for my own photographs.
I looked at other photographers' work and started seeing my practice as a way to express feelings and concepts.
During my photography studies I have explored different genres, practiced on location and in studios, learned about equipment and techniques.
Self-portraiture remains an important part of my journey, but I love capturing other people, events, still life and much more. I don't want to limit myself to one thing and I'm happy to keep experimenting, learning and challenging myself."
