Dilda is a passionate young photographer and photography assistant based in London. Her work is characterized by a versatile exploration of diverse genres, such as fashion, portraiture, still life and product photography, each project reflecting a meticulous blend of creativity and technical expertise.
Dilda sees her photographs as an evolving body of work, always taking on different styles, forms and techniques.

She has recently graduated at the University of Roehampton in London and achieved a First Class Honours in Photography (BA).

"Since I was little I have explored many means to express my creativity and feelings. To this day, creative activities are my favourite: crocheting, baking, painting, you name it.
Being born in the digital era, I have always been curious about photography. My first camera was a pink point and shoot, that I carried everywhere. I captured moments of my everyday life, family trips and numerous cats- another passion of mine.
Then, a more serious approach to photography happened a few years later, when I started taking self-portaits.
I realised I enjoyed photographing people so I started modelling for my own photographs.
I looked at other photographers' work and started seeing my practice as a way to express feelings and concepts.
During my photography studies I have explored different genres, practiced on location and in studios, learned about equipment and techniques.
Self-portraiture remains an important part of my journey, but I love capturing other people, events, still life and much more. I don't want to limit myself to one thing and I'm happy to keep experimenting, learning and challenging myself."
